Please don't feel like you have to leave like this, yes Thursday didn't go well and from a personal point of view it could and should of been better organised and I know deep down you feel the same way. yes you probably got the brunt of it but you were the one who organised it. Now if you personally feel like you cant face up to the guild and feel the need to leave then that is your own personal feelings and I and the other officers cant stop that. you do your job well but we will not beg for you to stay. Feel free to leave. Do your job which you do and we are happy. Bring criticism to the guild and us as officers have to draw a line. It is not for members to personally snipe at other members, if you feel that someone is not up to standard then talk to us personally which you did on Wednesday and I spoke to that person but yet you still had a go on discord in what seemed like a sly way of having a go, I talk to that person on a daily basis and assist him on tactics and what to improve, what we need members to realise is we talk to others not in front of you when you bring an issue and feel it is justified. We don't need to read the icy veins post on how to heal and what over healing is and that healing is filling up a health bar.
