Raid Preparation
I expect every raider in Conclave to show up prepared. With raiding mythic comes responsibility, neglecting this responsibility can and will result in being benched.
That includes:
I expect every raider to play the class/spec they want. But when it comes to progress, however, and this is important, I want to reserve the right, as your raid leader, to ask you to learn and play a certain spec for certain fights, if I can see that we need to push it to make it. Progressing is unforgiving to the guilds that don't adapt, and I don't want find us stuck on a boss because people won't bite the bullet once in a while.
Utilising your class
When it comes to progression on mythic, you need to always think about what talents / glyphs and cooldowns you can use on certain fights. This may seem trivial, but it is vital to always stay utilised for every fight.
For instance on Kil'Rogg, if a Mage is targeted by Heartseeker twice during that fight, the Ice Block might not be ready for when it hits the second time. Mages then use Cold Snap to clear the CD on Ice Block to avoid the debuff once again. And that makes your healers happy!
Paladins with Clemency can also dispell the debuff twice with HoP, and even on a target of their own choice - that's already four debuffs and a shitload of damage avoided, in just two examples.
Keep in mind that you can also apply this to offensive abilities, of course.
I can't mention every option for every spec here, so it is important that you do the research yourself.
When we raid
When we are raiding there are also certain things that we can do better:
Don't complain in raid chat - use Discord and be constructive. I'll take care of any yelling/ranting that is needed when I feel it to be appropriate
If you're dead and we continue, don't talk unless spoken to or if you're calling out something relevant to the raid. Everything else is irrelevant when the encounter is still on. Some people don't care, but it does affect some players when people talk out of context
Keep your cool when progress bosses are below 20%
Don’t forget your pre-pots and 2nd potion!

That includes:
- Being at the instance, ready for invite when the raid starts
- Having watched/read and understood tactics. Also how your class/spec performs the best on a certain fight
- Bringing the necessary items required for wiping for 3 hours
- Runes, pots, 125 stat food & 250 stat flasks
- 3 reroll coins every reset!
- Being fully enchanted and fabulously gemmed (Epic gems for mythic gear)
