Conclave guild

A bit about me:
I’m a girl from the Netherlands (aka Dutch). I’m a P (second time first year) student on the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. I study Communication and Multimedia Design (aka website building and graphic design). As much as I enjoy photographing and traveling, I am only a poor student and don’t really have the time nor the money for it.
There’s something you need to know to understand how I will react to certain things. 2014 was a rough year for me, as my boyfriend who lived in Norway died. So that’s why I stuck with the ‘abusive’ guild I was in for so long (someone in there knew him). School > Wow for me, but I have about 12 contact hours only, and can fill the other 28 hours myself. (Plan around raid easy-peasy).
Mic/internet connection:
I got a microphone, and a back up one. Beside that I do have one build in my laptop but it’s not good. The internet connection right now is something I am working on (getting wired internet soon). I live with 3 others in a flat, which so far sometimes leads to lagspikes (to 1200ms) however that’s the thing I am working on

Previous guild/why leave:
Sacrifice. I was an officer there for a couple months. However due to some school, I had to be absent from half december to february. When I came back, there were some sudden changes. Officers didn’t do nothing no more, and guildmaster pulled all the work towards himself. This turned him into a major ‘angry boss’ type. Beside that he was being very abusive and having personal attacks on raiders who did something wrong (signing up, turning up, having a word back towards him). Whenever someone wasn’t able to turn up (due to real life (problems), or sickness, or other legitimate reasons) he turned into a major rage bomb. He made many feel unwelcome, raiders, trials, members and officers alike. Because my lack of time around that time I decided to step down as officer. I also didn’t feel like I knew what was going on in the guild, and I was not able to back up the decisions made by him (because I disagreed). Many loyal members were pissed on, and it made me feel like this wasn’t the place for me. People were shot down whenever they didn’t agreed and told to “GTF (get the fuck, he always forgot the off part). My two friends (who became IRL friends of me after a couple months of the guild), were asked to not raid together. One left and because of that the other one got kicked. The GM asked me NOT to hang out with those people IRL either. HE can’t decide whom I hang out with outside of the raid. The guildmaster was being rather manipulative, whenever I stood up for the loyal people I got ‘shot down’. Because I stood up for the people who were legit bullied I often got ‘warnings’ and told off. I think that people should only get warnings for doing something wrong, not for being sick, or having an emergency. It was a toxic atmosphere, in which I stayed too long, and I can’t take it anymore, as stress levels OF WoW carried over to my real life. I either had to take a legit break or/and leave the guild. I decided to do the last one.
Why Conclave:
Praylin suggested this guild for me. I met some of your guildies and they seemed so nice to me. The people who I met seemed to be so happy to be in that guild. For someone to have a guild meet up to their expectation, and fit in their schedule and stuff is one thing, for them to like the guild which matches with this schedule is another. So far it seems hard to find a guild which is not only around with each other to raid. I met Madseeker through Challenge Modes and I think he is hilarious. I think I helped 2 of the officers, but I am not sure which characters were that (it was in Mogushan vault for the 3rd boss achievement). Also I talked to Aluna. I’m looking forward to having a brighter future!
Guildrules:
Yes I have. I don’t care about loots a lot (but girls gotta love her epics tho once she gets ‘em!). I can attend 3/3, don’t know what addons you guys use yet, but that will ne easily fixed by downloading!
Additional question:
I understand Felurian is the one who has some Iceblock issues, but I look forward to knowing the whole story So I hope that’s okay for me to hear if I get accepted.
