I am single, and working on daily basis. I have 2 boys, who lives with their mother. My hobby has and will always be gaming.
People have consider me as perfectionist and committed towards my causes or goals.

Previous guild and why did you leave
Red Hood and The Wolves. The current state of raiding is a mix of very casual and hardcore raiders. Most of them aren't committed at all, and slacking at very aspect of raiding. We are talking about being on time, doesn't show up, consumables, getting addons or macros, repeat the same mistakes over and over again, while not try to learn from it.
Why do you want to join conclave
I have read your "Progress raiding in Conclave" and "Rules and expectations", and know you that you are fully committed, with a serious mindset raidleader, who can
lead us towards one of the top guilds on silvermoond or europe.
With my past raiding experiences of since Vanilla, TBC, WoTLK, Cataclysm but minus Pandarian, as my boys born got into the world, I took a big break. I know, I can contribute to the guild, towards the same common goals.
