so guys, i wanted to make a Roster overview so we have a better knowledge about what we need and dont need.
So my thoughts about the current roster is and where our focus should be.
we need 1 more mage, and a boomkin, in the range roster.
we need 1 more rogue and perhaps feral druid for the melee roster.
Swapping to alts and what not has to end now. talking mainly about Felurien on her monk. we CAN NOT keep doing this, due to simple facts, we need mage dps. to progress on bosses further ahead, since they will mainly be a DPS check.
For the lower part of HFC, its healing we are lacking, therefor we should focus on healing mainly our druids, we have 2 of them, but we cant waste anymore time on gearing up. so my suggestion is we use saturday or thursday to gear them up, ( need 8-10 people willing to help like we did with maddlife this weekend. cause our progress is at a standstill untill we have the healing for the lower part of hfc.
eventho its mentioned before. its important that you STOP failing at the easy things. like barrage for example. and focus, cause i will be asking the officers to either replace/recruit another in your current spec, to get progress going again. and with further progress comes more recruitment, and more benching. I dont give a damn, if you are one of the old raiders, or you are the one with the most dmg in the guild. ( IF YOU FAIL YOU CANT HEAL OR DO DPS ) and when we get + 4 mythic down, the recruitment will increase fast, so i ask you, PLEASE STEP UP, and stop failing on shit. and WATCH VIDEOS for the boss fights. ( DOESNT HAVE TO BE A GUIDE, just watch a video with the same class and spec POV as yourself. and use that. guides are good, but they are only guidelines, and not certant, the boss will sometimes cast earlier or to another location then the guide shows. ( PAY ATTENTION )
And this is VERY important.. if someone says (go from red marker to Orange marker, to avoid stuff.. you dont stop RIGHT ON THE MARKER. you keep running abit further. because we cant know which one of you gets hit. and therefor the range of the ability will go further..
Example. if a healer doesnt stack and he gets targeted by barrage, and he is closer to orange then red. ( THEN THE BARRAGE RANGE WILL MOVE ASWELL.. its simple mechanics. )
so stupid comments BECAUSE YOU FAIL TO IT, makes you like a fool.. so own up to your own mistakes and fix it for the next try.
