First of all, due to a new raid mechanic in this encounter I believe it might be wise that we all got this addon:

www.curse.com/addons/wow/exorsus-raid-tools

as it will assign each of us a spot to cover (similar to Kromog and the hands). Should at least give it a try.

Summary:

1) We will start on green as usual, and when he leaps the new mechanic will show up which is green swirly circles on the floor all over the room. We need to make sure to cover as many as possible in the middle of the room because any that are uncovered will spawn goo on the floor that deals insane tick damage and we need the room. After this, we will have grasping hands so we need strong aoe.

2) When boss leaps to orange, we have to soak the swirls again and would be a good idea to use a stampeding roar to help this be done quickly, since it will happen right after hands. When runes come in, we need to push them towards each other around the edge, in a circular way, so we get two designated people (hunters/rogues preferably) one starts to the left and pushes them to the right, and the other starts right and pushes them to the left (4:05 in the video explained). Tolton should be close to them making sure to shield them and not let them die.

3) When boss leaps to purple, we will have to deal with the empowered waves- just avoid getting hit by them, but if you see that you cant avoid them don't move and use a personal cooldown if available because moving through them will make you take even more damage. When pound comes in while this mechanic is still up, we will most likely need two raid healing cooldowns and personals/healing tonics. When runes spawn we will need more people soaking them, this needs to be done fast so we can stack for grasping hands, so anyone who can soak should be doing so. After hands we will have pound again so need to spread as soon as hands are down.

The last phase is really really chaotic and hopefully our DPS will be good enough to kill the boss before this happens, but it is good that everyone is aware in case this is not the case. Healers, you should try and not use a healing cooldown for pound since we need most of them for the last phase, and need to be extremely aware of spot healing rune soakers and tanks who are swatted (leap of faith them if possible). Tanks need to make sure to position themselves accordingly for swat and the one with the most mobility should take it. Tank affected by explosive burst should also make sure to put some strong mitigation before this happens as it will deal a lot of damage and you will be stunned.

All in all, looks like it will be rather messy but we should manage if we time things right.
